When I go to use IV Plus, it gets to a screen called ‘transfer equipment, would you like to add a new location’ I click yes or no and it boots me out of the app. I have everything set up the way you requested. Do you know of a fix?
- Go to the App Store and update your app to make sure it's current
- In "settings" on your device, make sure you have given permission for IV Plus to use your location
